A little history...
- Rob Roy had been on-air since 1997 at KUCI. He'd had many shows and show partners, but none of them stood the test
of time... until this show. MMM was on the air 1999 to 2004 and had gone through many forms, but one thing has
stayed the same, Rob Roy. He'd always been there.

The last incarnation of the show concentrated on the art of the breakbeat. Some think breakbeat means house-tempo electro-type tracks, some think it describes jungle / drum n bass, some think it's all about hip-hop. You are all correct. Breakbeat is about sampled drums infused into modern compositions. This would include hip-hop, breaks, jungle, dnb, downtempo... sorry no four on the floor beats on this show. Not that we don't like that style... it's just the show format.
The future is now...
- After having featuring up-and-coming breakbeat DJs on this show for a while now Rob Roy has moved onto concentrating on his own dj mixing stuff as well as putting together live shows. The live shows will be similar to the radio show in that all styles of breakbeat will be featured along with other under-represented dance genres as well as experimental listening music....
